How we can help
Goals
We support you to achieve your goals in your NDIS plan. We start working with you once you have developed your NDIS plan goals and your plan has been approved by the NDIA.
Support
Searching for services & support. We help you find ways to achieve your goals including services.
Following up
Following up on reports & recommendations. Often we need to collect reports about the progress of your goals.
Coordination
Coordinating your support & services. We contact others on your behalf and link you to services to achieve your decided goals.
Reporting & NDIS Report Meetings
We write reports about the progress of your goals and attend NDIS review meetings. We let the NDIA know how we have supported you to achieve your goals and if there have been any barriers preventing you from achieving them.
